I called Susan to put my father's house up for sale. I am from PA and thought it would be difficult working with somebody as far away as Susan being in FL.... Boy was I wrong. She went above and beyond for us regarding all the difficult things that had to be done in order to get the house on the market. Susan had someone change the locks, keep the upkeep on the lawn, pool and air conditioning, she even had the house cleaned and packed items up for us.
